When a buyer initiates a purchase, the purchase funds are held securely in the Telekit Escrow Vault, while our automated verification bot (@telekit_seller_bot) verifies group ownership rights transfers.

Strict Verification Checks

We enforce a strict multi-point check prior to releasing escrowed funds to the seller. We verify that the seller has correctly assigned the primary owner role to the buyer, that all other administrators have been updated according to agreement parameters, and that the buyer has confirmed complete, unhindered control over the Telegram asset.

Buyer & Seller Protections

Buyers are guaranteed to receive the assets they pay for, or they receive a 100% refund of their escrowed points/funds. Sellers are guaranteed that funds are fully deposited and verified before they are requested to transfer owner permissions, eliminating any chargeback or non-payment risks.

Dispute Resolution

In the rare event of a transfer issue or ownership conflict, our dedicated compliance team manually audits the transfer logs and session states. Disputes are resolved within 24 hours based on cold data records to guarantee fair outcomes for both parties.
